The time has finally come, it’s the REVEALS!!!

It’s been such a wonderful second round. We started together on June, all the way until the end, which is now in October. We’re not alone during this journey, 64 wonderful writers decided to join us and produced 68 equally wonderful fics, with a grand total of 670,709 words written (which is 325,612 words more than last year!!!).

We, as mods, will never be able to thank you all writers, readers, prompters, viewers, promoters, commenters who are so excited with this fests! Not forgetting special thank you for our twitter fest family, with the never ending help and support. Even in this second round, we are still overwhelmed with the amount of love we’ve received. We didn’t even expect this fest to run until round 2, but the love gives us hope that probably will be another round in the years to come.

Special shout out to our writer kaisooxxx, clandestine_xo, kumo_is_kumo, and cwtchbuddy who wrote two fics each for this round!!!

We will open the prompt adoption soon so please anticipate it! We have received so many questions about claiming a prompt even after the claiming period had closed, don’t worry passionate writers, we’re here to back you up!

As for another round, we will try to have it next year. But it depends on both mods conditions at that time, because Mod Z will be on her second year of residency & Mod N will be doing her research around that time. But we’ve talked about the possibility of it, and will surely comeback to you guys as soon as we’re able to! Our love for domesticity will never fade~ Please look forward to it!

✨ MOD N ✨  :  Hello guys! First, I want to thank you all the writers and betas and prompters and readers who have give us their supports for exohousewarming, it means a lot! We're only a small fest before but for the 2nd round, we managed to get more prompts and writers more than what we've expected so we were surprised by that 😂

To be honest, this round is harder than previous round. More participants, more problems here and there, also we decided to make graphics for each fic (I hope you guys like it altho it's pretty simple and not what I've expected in mind) and getting busy with uni in real life, but nonetheless, it's still a fun round! Reading the comments about the fics and our fests totally made my day 💕

Regarding the writers who gone MIA, I don't know why you didn't reply to us but I hope you're okay somewhere out there, that nothing happened with you. It's not nice to leave us hanging like this so I hope if nothing happened, you will read this and learn to not doing this again if you're joining other fests.

Hmm, okay, to the next topic. Honestly I don't know if Mod Z and I can make another round after this because surely we'll be busier next year and handling a long term fest is not easy, 'cause we need to synchronize our schedule as well with our real life and other fests' timeline (so it will be easier for our participants), but if we can, I love to have another round again with mod Z in the future 😁❤

🐻  Mod Z 🐻 : LET ME GET MY TISSUES FIRST *wipes my tears

I CAN’T BELIEVE THIS FEST IS COMING TO AN END ALREADY. All that I want to say mostly already being said by Mod N, and guys, really, you won’t know how much I want to kiss all of you right now because we feel soooo LOVED! We never expected the enthusiasm for the second round would be this big, we even screamed excitedly when we saw our total number of prompts. It was all overwhelming. The good kind. :)

To be REALLY honest, this round has been quite a challenge. There are lots of problems, some are frustrating, and some are funny now that we look it back. We even plan to make a book titled ‘Behind The Scene: Being a Ficfest Mods’ (lol, no kidding). But i’m serious with all the new kind of problems we faced this year. Everytime we encountered one we’d be like, ‘WELL???’ because we were so surprised but we laughed it off after it. This year certainly left different kinds of memories.

Special thank you for none other but my Mod N. If not because of her, this fest won’t be running smoothly. Really. I admit that I’ve been quite neglecting my job here as mods because I recently just got really busy because I’m starting my residency year, and it was busier than I expected.
